About Cadet College Palandri
Cadet College Palandri is located in a lovely natural environment, approximately 100 kilometers away from Islamabad. The weather conditions at the college are similar to those in Abbottabad. To reach the college from Islamabad/Rawalpindi, one must travel through Sihala, Kahuta, and Azad Pattan. Upon crossing the bridge over the River Jehlum, the road ascends to an elevation of about 5000 feet. The college complex is positioned on the southeastern side of Palandri town.
Cadet College Palandri Admission Criteria 8th Class
Students who want to get into the Cadet College Palandri will have tests in Math, English, Urdu, and Islamiat. You can choose to take the Math test in Urdu or English, but you can’t use a calculator. Everyone has to take the Urdu and Islamiat test, and candidates from other countries have to pass it too. However, non-Muslim candidates can skip the Islamiat part. The details for the Admission Test are in Appendix “A”. Getting into the college is based on a competitive exam. The syllabus in the prospectus is just a guide, and questions can be from any topic. Those who pass the written test will be invited for an interview and a medical check. Admission is given based on the test and interview results, in order of merit.
